Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping. Birushi Buna, LLC reserves the right to select alternative carriers for shipments. Shipping charges are invoiced according to costs related to UPS, FedEx or USPS. All liability for loss passes to the customer once it leaves our warehouse, however we will honor replacement merchandise for damaged shipments after the damaged item(s) have been returned to us. Claims of non-delivery will be honored if no proof of delivery is offered by UPS or USPS, otherwise merchandise shall be deemed delivered.

*All domestic orders for the continental U.S. have and will always remain free!

International orders will be based on location and total weight of the coffee being ordered. Additional international shipping charges may be incurred for any accessories purchased.

Payment terms. Credit card/Debit Card is the default form of payment that will be accepted for Product orders on the Internet Purchase Page from any device. If you're using a mobile device, you continue to use a credit card/debit card options or you can choose PayPalApplePay or GooglePay. We accept the following methods of payment: VISAAMEXMasterCard, or Discover. All processed orders are subject to availability. Birushi Buna, LLC is not liable for delay in product shipment.

Time In Transit Damage Claims. Ownership of each product belongs to you, the Customer, once package is picked-up from our distribution facility and sent out to you via our shipping companies. Any damage or loss which occurs during transit will be covered by us unless damage or loss occurs when the package is shipped by special carrier selected by the Customer. Our standard shipping company is United States Postal Service with optional UPS which can be selected at checkout where available.

Returns. We do not accept returns for perishable items, all sales are final for our coffee line.

Accessories will be able to be returned for an exchange as listed below.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the accessories. This date will be verified via the shipping details for your specific order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return of your accessories, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar product (as long as merchandise is in stock and available). Any discontinued items would not be exchanged nor refunded but a store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Refunds are not given for any claims.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in addition to complete the exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@birushibuna.com and send your item to: 1 Gateway Center, Suite 2600, Newark, NJ 07102 - please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as for they will not honor your request.
